About StarPeru: Star Peru is a strong and enterprising airline serving in Peru since May of 1997. Its first operations were charter services to national and transnational corporations.

Along the years, the company was increasing its aircraft, technical and professional staff, in this way; by the end of 2004 it started its commercial operations to domestic routes. To this end, it acquires a Boeing 737 – 200 aircraft with an average capacity of 124 seats.

In 2005, it was considered the fastest growing airline in Peru; due to the increase in the number of passengers carried each month. So, gradually, the level of service and selection of schedules, was obtaining the preference of domestic and international passengers, determining its growth in the commercial aviation market.

By 2008, the company serves 8 destinations nationwide, operates 8 aircraft, including Boeing 737-200 and has recently increased its fleet with 2 BAE-146 -100 aircrafts. These British planes are considered among the most silent and ecological. With these aircraft is projected to enter new routes at the national and regional medium-term cross-border flights.
